Placing an order on our website is an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A binding contract is formed when we accept your order by sending a dispatch confirmation or otherwise notifying you that the products are on their way.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We accept payment via the payment methods displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where payment cannot be authorised or where products are no longer available.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, photographs and specifications are accurate. Minor variations may occur. You must follow assembly instructions and load limits provided with each product. We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from incorrect assembly, modification or misuse.
